AWS Dev Log – A Quick Intro

First post of this blog! Hopefully one of many.

Let’s get right into it. AWS stands for Amazon Web Services. It is a vast array of “Web Tools” that Amazon gives businesses. From AI integration, to large scale automation, the limits are boundless. This Dev Log will focus on one specific segment of the AWS toolkit: Amazon Connect.

Amazon Connect is an interface that can be used for the entire front and back end of customer service, aka a CRM. Everytime you pick up the phone to talk to an agent from a large company, engage with a chat bot on an e-commerce website, or even something as simple as troubleshooting an electronic device, you are interacting with CRM.

This dev log will follow the me through the process of producing and maybe even marketing an Amazon Connect based CRM.
