AWS Dev Log- Concept HTML

I hope this post finds you well.

We start this project with some sample work. This should help us keep an idea of what the end goal should be, something to work towards. The all in one (or omni-channel) website is what we want to achieve. From clock in to clock out, the customer service agent shouldn’t have to leave our site. Everything (caller information, emails, chat, task list, and note-taking) should be available in a single interface. Their work is more enjoyable and productive, and the customer experience is seamless.

Just for clarification, the links attached below will lead you to dummy HTML, just some artistic renderings of what we want the end product to look like. It’s the front end without any backend.

To check out more, just hover over the power icon at the bottom right, it will pull up a menu with a bunch of different applications. Definiatly check it out. 🙂
